Schedule Details

Day 1: Nairobi Arrival & Scenic Transfer to Lake Naivasha

• Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) and be warmly welcomed by your safari representative.
• Depart Nairobi for Lake Naivasha via a scenic 2.5–3-hour road transfer or optional 25-minute flight.
• Check-in at your lakeside lodge or camp and enjoy lunch.
• Afternoon options:
o Visit Hell’s Gate National Park for biking or walking safari
o Optional boat ride on Lake Naivasha to see hippos and birdlife
• Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Explore the Beauty of Naivasha

• Enjoy breakfast with lake views.
• Choose a morning game drive, boat safari, or bird watching experience.
• Relax at the lodge or take an optional visit to Elsamere Conservation Centre.
• Lunch at the lodge or a nearby restaurant.
• Afternoon: Guided walking safari at Crescent Island, where you may encounter giraffes, antelope, and zebras on foot.
• Dinner and relaxation back at your lodge.
Overnight: Lake Naivasha Lodge / Tented Camp

Day 3: Transfer to Laikipia Wildlife Conservancy

• Breakfast and check-out.
• Depart for Lewa Wildlife Conservancy via scenic 4–5-hour road transfer, or optional flight (via Nairobi).
• Upon arrival, transfer to your camp and enjoy a warm welcome and lunch.
• Afternoon: Head out on a game drive or guided bush walk, spotting rhinos, elephants, and unique northern species.
• Dinner at your lodge with views over the conservancy.

Day 4: Full-Day Wildlife & Conservation in Laikipia

• Morning game drive or bush walk to search for lions, Grevy’s zebras, and endangered rhinos.
• Return to camp for breakfast and downtime.
• Enjoy lunch with views over the plains.
• Afternoon options:
o Second game drive
o Visit a local community project
o Explore the Northern White Rhino conservation area
• Evening at leisure with dinner under the stars.

Day 5: From the Highlands to the Mara

• After breakfast, transfer to the Airstrip (approx. 1-hour drive) for your flight to the Masai Mara, or opt for a scenic road transfer (full-day).
• Upon arrival at the Mara airstrip, enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge or camp.
• Settle in, enjoy lunch, and prepare for an afternoon safari.
• Evening: Game drive across the Mara’s famed plains—home to the Big Five and the Great Migration (seasonal).

Day 6: A Day in the Wild Heart of Africa

• Early sunrise game drive to spot big cats and other iconic species.
• Return for breakfast or enjoy a bush breakfast in the wilderness.
• Midday relaxation at the lodge—consider a Maasai village visit for cultural insight.
• Afternoon: Head out for a second game drive in a different section of the park.
• Optional: Hot air balloon safari (additional cost, pre-booking recommended).
• Dinner and final evening in the bush.

Day 7: Farewell to the Mara & Return to Nairobi

• Optional balloon safari or final morning game drive for last wildlife sightings.
• Breakfast and check-out.
• Transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi (or full-day road transfer available).
• Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, connect to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or transfer to a Nairobi hotel.
• Optional: Short sightseeing tour of Nairobi if time allows before your departure flight.
